1. About Your Appointment
Welcome to Tiffany's Beauty Room. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to review and confirmation by Tiffany. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment. Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
2. Before Your Appointment
Please complete any required consultation forms before your appointment.
Please arrive with no eye makeup applied.
Do not consume caffeine before your appointment.
Please do not bring plus ones or children to your appointment.
You must inform Tiffany of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your treatment begins.
3. Health & Safety
If you have any infections or contagious conditions affecting your eyes or skin, you must reschedule your appointment.
Tiffany maintains high hygiene standards and all tools are sanitised between clients.
Please inform us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions during or after your treatment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise there will be a forfeit of 50% of the treatment fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee and the full charge or the treatment fee.
Appointments will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late without making Tiffany aware, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and this will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.
No refunds are given for completed services.
Booking fees are non-refundable except in cases where we need to cancel your appointment.
6. Your Information
We only use your personal information for booking purposes.
Your data is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
